I found this exercise to be very helpful. With each week that passes, my confidence in these meditation exercises is growing. I am more accepting of these practices and am finally finding some definite benefit in them. I once thought that these exercises were not effective at all. This one in particular I completely let go and lost myself in my thoughts. My thoughts flowed through me in a beautiful stream. Although they were present, I did not let any of them defer this exercise. I was completely relaxed and loving it.

AWESOME!!!! I am thrilled to hear you were relaxed with this exercise. Can you think of a way you would use this in your daily living? I really think this one will benefit my clients but I am unsure as to when to suggest the timing. I am thinking at the end of the day as a reflection time.
ReplyDeleteThat is fantastic! I'm glad you were able to let go and really get into it. I've been trying to teach my fiance how to meditate, and he's been trying but struggling. He says he doesn't know how to stop the thoughts from taking over his mind (the constant mental chatter that we all deal with). I know that this was a challenge for me but I was able to do it eventually with practice. I feel that he has already given up hope. Do you have any advice for him? Thanks Anthony.
